Your use of the physicians’ portal portion of the Website is governed by this Policy.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Website. We sometimes provide a list of email addresses for those that have purchased a particular course to Facebook. If Facebook can identify from such list that such individuals also have Facebook accounts, then Facebook will use information from such individuals to target Facebook ads that we purchase to others who possess similar characteristics as those on the list. We use industry standard measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our care. Our hosting provider has access to the servers that host our Website and has access to the servers on which your data is stored.

All Personal Information remains private with us and is not distributed, rented, shared or sold to any outside organizations without your consent except as described in this Policy.
