Rural Physicians Group ED/Hospitalist programs are staffed by Advanced Practitioners with Physician oversight who are committed to providing excellent patient care in the most cost-effective manner. Each provider understands the business of healthcare and is a champion of CPOE, core measure compliance, and enhancing the patient experience.
Our APPs rotate in 5-7 day shift assignments depending on volume and stay in hospital-provided housing close to the facility to maximize coverage of both the ED and Inpatient services.
Your hospital's core group will consist of two to three APPs in rotating shifts. This program offers layered physician oversight with two physicians assigned to oversee the APPs.
Our APPs practice autonomously at the top of their licenses.
You will have the opportunity to participate in the interview process and provide feedback on the providers who come to your hospital.
