Rural Physicians Group is staffed by Advanced Practitioners with Physician oversight who are committed to providing excellent patient care in the most cost-effective manner. Each provider understands the business of healthcare and is a champion of implementing EHR/EMR-CPOE, core measure compliance, and enhancing the patient experience.
You will rotate in 5-7 day shift assignments depending on your patient volume. Each Provider will stay in living quarters in or near the hospital to maximize coverage of both the ED and inpatient services.
You will work alongside a core group of two to three APPs rotating shifts. This program offers layered physician oversight with two physicians assigned to oversee the APPs.
We are looking for providers who can practice independently with the support of our physician leadership, always a call away.
While we have a robust physician network across the country we work diligently to match you with a hospital that that meets your needs clinically and financially.
High earning potential with bonus potential. Be able to work independently at the top of your license and get compensated.
Our providers are bonused when they work 10 or more shifts a month under our model.
