We expanded clinical services with the launch of our Orthopedic Surgery Service Line, increasing 24/7 local surgical coverage for rural hospitals. RPG brought teams together through our annual Staff Retreat and Provider Leadership Summit. Built specifically for RPG Providers, our new mobile app offers easy access to schedules, pay stubs, important updates, and more. By streamlining communication and centralizing resources, the app helps our Providers stay connected, informed, and supported—so they can focus on patient care. - 🗣️ Launch of COMPASS AI for RPG Providers
RPG introduced COMPASS AI, an advanced clinical support system designed to empower Providers with real-time insights and documentation support. By reducing administrative burden and streamlining note-taking, COMPASS AI helps combat burnout and allows Providers to focus more on patients and less on paperwork. - 📅 National Rural Health Conferences & Events
RPG’s Business Development team attended 12 major rural health conferences throughout the year, including the AHA Rural Health Care Leadership Conference, NRHA Annual Conference, Wisconsin Rural Hospital Conference, Colorado Hospital Association Rural Conference, and more—strengthening partnerships and advancing rural health advocacy nationwide. - 📖 Fields of Care Magazine
